ETSTC Training School

In Commerce where I went to school through the 4th grade, many of the children's parents were professors There didn't seem to be any difference between those whose parents were professors and those who weren’t, though and I don't remember any of the students having trouble learning.

The school was held in the Education building on the campus of the college. I think the classes were less than 20 children, and that was all that was accepted in the "Training School."

I think I can locate a tree that we planted when I was in kindergarten on the campus on Arbor Day. I recited "Trees" by Joyce Kilmer for the festivities.

I don't remember a lunch room or a sack lunch. We lived close to the College, and I walked to school.
